By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Consulting Services

Due to the nature of technology consulting services—including time, expertise, and resources provided—all fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:

Services were paid for but not yet started
A duplicate payment was made in error
We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to circumstances solely within our control

Any approved refunds will be issued at our sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Time already spent on consulting, analysis, meetings, or research
Dissatisfaction with advice, recommendations, or outcomes
Changes in project scope, direction, or business needs
Delays caused by the client, including failure to provide required information or access
Services delivered according to the agreed scope or contract

Retainers and Prepaid Fees

Retainers and prepaid service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
If a retainer is applied toward future services, it will be credited only for work not yet performed.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice. Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund for:

Services already rendered
Time reserved or scheduled
Expenses incurred on the client’s behalf

Client name
Invoice or payment reference number
Reason for the refund request

We will review refund requests within 10 business days and notify you of the outcome.

Payment Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
